Founded in 2021 - Natalie Abangma set up Accomplish Careers on a mission to uplift, empower and help young people start their career journey. 

Natalie's passion for HR and people propelled during her undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management and MSc in Human Resources Development. Despite opting for a conventional route, Natalie recognised the amass of opportunity and various routes available to early careers - beyond the conventional.

After becoming qualified in HRM, Natalie has since gained more than 5 years industry knowledge within HR, Learning & Development and supporting Early Careers.

Natalie now works alongside a number of organisations and schools providing webinars and advice to a range of young people and students.
